From your first enquiry to your final report, we have made the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
How It Works
Your Home, Made Safer
step 1
Get in Touch
It starts with a conversation.
Contact us by phone, email, or through our online booking form. There is no obligation and no pressure. We will have a brief, friendly chat to understand your situation, answer any questions you have, and make sure a 360 Home Check is the right fit for you. If we think something else would serve you better, we will tell you honestly.
step 2
We Book Your Visit
At a time that suits you.
Once you are happy to go ahead, we will arrange a convenient date and time for your home visit. We work flexibly around your schedule and can usually offer an appointment within a few days. We will confirm everything in writing so you know exactly what to expect and when.
step 3
The Home Visit
A thorough, compassionate assessment.
On the day of your visit, one of our trained Home Safety Consultants, a registered nurse or senior NHS clinician will come to your home. The visit typically takes between two and three hours depending on the size of the property. We will walk through every room with you, ask questions about how you live day to day, and carry out a detailed assessment of the whole home inside and out. We look at everything, lighting, flooring, bathroom safety, staircase access, kitchen hazards, fire safety, outdoor areas, and more. The visit is relaxed and conversational. We are guests in your home and we treat it that way.
step 4
Your Personalised Report
At a time that suits you.
Once you are happy to go ahead, we will arrange a convenient date and time for your home visit. We work flexibly around your schedule and can usually offer an appointment within a few days. We will confirm everything in writing so you know exactly what to expect and when.
step 5
You Decide What Happens Next
We give you the information. The decisions are yours.
Our job ends with the report. There is no upselling, no pressure to purchase equipment or services through us, and no obligation to act on every recommendation at once. The report is yours to use however is most helpful, whether that is sharing it with family to start a conversation, passing it to your GP ahead of a review, or simply having it as a record of your home’s safety at this point in time. Many families tell us that just having the report gave them a clarity and confidence they had not felt in years.

Good Practice
Every 360 Home Check report uses a clear Red, Amber and Green system so families know exactly what needs attention and in what order.
Serious hazards that pose an immediate risk of a problem occurring (for example a fall, injury, fire or serious incident). We recommend addressing these within days of receiving your report.
Risks that should be resolved sooner rather than later. Not immediately dangerous, but worth acting on before they develop into something more serious.
Existing adaptations and safe habits already working well. We highlight these so families can build on what is already helping.
A full 360 Home Check covers every room inside and out, including bathrooms, stairs, hallways, and outdoor spaces. Most families are surprised by what we find.
The Report
Clear, Actionable Findings You Can Act On Immediately
Not a generic checklist. A personalised, room-by-room assessment tailored to how you actually live in your home.
Traffic Light Ratings
Red, Amber, and Green ratings make priorities instantly clear. No jargon, no ambiguity.
Whole-Home Coverage
Every room assessed including bathroom, stairs, kitchen, bedroom, garden, and more.
Practical Recommendations
Specific, achievable suggestions from grab rails to lighting improvements.
Plain-Language Summary
Written to be shared with family members, GPs, or social workers if needed.
What If Planning
A discussion about what happens if there is a change to ensure things are taken care of. Planning ahead isn't about expecting the worst — it's about making life easier if things change.
