Who We Are
360 Home Check is a professional home safety assessment service founded by registered NHS clinicians with decades of frontline experience in community nursing, continuing healthcare, and care of older adults.
We visit older adults in their own homes, carry out a thorough and compassionate room-by-room assessment, and deliver a clear, personalised report that tells you exactly what needs attention, what can wait, and what is already working well. Our goal is simple, to help people stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most.
We are not a handyperson service. We are not a generic checklist company. Every assessment is carried out by a senior clinician who has spent their career caring for older people in their homes and understands what real risk looks like in a real home.

Our Story
360 Home Check was founded by Laura Marshall and Lilian Beasant, two experienced health and care professionals who spent years working within the NHS and community care settings before establishing L&L Consultancy Group Ltd.
Laura is a Registered Children’s Nurse with a Master’s degree in Improvement Science and extensive senior experience in clinical governance and quality improvement. Lilian brings deep expertise in co-production, person-centred care, and service transformation, ensuring that every assessment reflects not just the physical environment, but the person living within it.
Together they built a team of trusted, DBS-checked clinicians, all of them experienced district nurses and NHS care professionals, who share the same commitment to treating every home, and every client, with the utmost care and respect.
360 Home Check was born out of a genuine belief that with the right information, most families can make confident decisions about keeping their loved ones safely at home. We exist to give them that information.
